The Web Systems Administrator for the Office of the University Registrar is responsible for managing all web content housed on the Registrar’s website and is the assistant administrator of the Catalog and Curriculum management system. The Web Systems Administrator assists with the creation, monitoring and editing of all web content in the Catalog/Curriculum system and on Registrar pages related to degree, major and minor requirements, courses, academic regulations, academic dates/deadline, refund/withdrawal dates, etc. The Web Systems Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining all forms published by the OUR and will maintain the OUR content published on the AU Central website.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in literature, history, communication or a related discipline is required. 
Minimum Requirements:
- Writing and editing experience
- Demonstrated writing skill and knowledge of editing conventions
- At least 3 years of experience in website maintenance and/or web communications
- HTML proficiency required, CommonSpot CMS experience desired
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to turn high-quality projects quickly and accurately
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Web Graphics, Sharepoint, and the tools required to fulfill web content responsibilities
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in an academic setting with curriculum and academic degree requirements
