|-Fifteen to twenty years’ experience in planning and developing facilities in a large campus-like organization, preferably within a university setting or closely equivalent experience
-Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and presenting financial and management information in a clear and coherent manner
-Must have experience communicating within a complex organization
-Strong writing and technology skills required
-Skilled at developing and delivering complex presentations in different settings
